Cancellation Policy

Sessions are designed to be either weekly or bi-monthly. We encourage clients to participate in weekly sessions since weekly sessions create greater momentum and enhances the overall coaching/counseling experience. If for some reason you must miss a scheduled session, notify us no less than 48 hours in advance. It is understood emergency situations occur. If such occurs, the this will be evaluated case by case. Any missed sessions without prior notice will be drafted ½ the cost of the session missed. If you must reschedule contact 866-944-2698. Individuals who miss more than 2 sessions within a packaged discount will relinquish the canceled session(s) from the package with no refunds.
